Originally, I started with a carrot cake. Since not everyone can finish off a cake in a weekend, I offered it as a slice. Apparently, slice was too little and cake was too much, and thus carrot cake loaf was born.
Now this loaf does not come with a frosting, for obvious reasons: it needs to be refrigerated as it includes whipped cream and cream cheese and a dash of white chocolate. You can definitely order that when you are local.
